Alexa DuCote serves as Chief Financial Officer of The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB) in Boston, a position he has held since 2026. In this role Alexa is responsible for TCB’s financial accounting and reporting, working closely with TCB’s executive leadership team, Board of Directors, lenders, investors, and strategic partners.

Alexa joined TCB in 2013 and has advanced through a series of leadership roles including senior development accountant, corporate controller, and vice president of corporate finance and accounting.

A seasoned finance and affordable housing professional, Alexa brings more than 15 years of experience in real estate development, affordable housing finance, accounting, and organizational leadership.

Alexa holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
