What information do we collect?
We only collect voluntarily provided information. Other than employment applications, tcbinc.org only collects first names, last names and email addresses.
For employment applicants, our “Online Job Application” form requires an applicant’s first name, last name, email address, mailing address and phone number, with additional voluntary fields for gender, ethnicity, veteran status and disability status.
How do we collect and use your information?
We collect information from website patrons through our “Sign Up for Our Newsletters” form and our “Contact Us” form. We only use information provided by website patrons to send requested email newsletters and respond to online inquiries.
We collect information from employment applicants through our “Online Job Application” form and applications submitted via email. We only use information provided by employment applicants to evaluate their capacity to perform the duties associated with the particular job and appropriately send follow-up correspondence.
Any personal information provided by website patrons or employment applicants will not be shared with or sold to third parties.
How can you update your information or opt out of receiving our newsletter?
If at any time you wish to update your personal information or request that you be removed from the newsletter email list, you may send a request to communications(at)tcbinc.org. We endeavor to satisfy all requests in a timely manner.
