Brandon Johnson serves as Regional Director of Property Management for The Community Builders located in the Minnesota Region, a position he has held since 2025. Brandon leads operations of a 25 entity/1600-unit portfolio of family and senior properties located across Minnesota’s Twin Cities (Minneapolis/St. Paul) metro area.

Prior to joining TCB, Brandon was regional manager for CommonBond Communities overseeing staff and operation of 11 properties in Minneapolis. He also served as the Senior Property Manager for Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minnesota, overseeing several LTH, HPH and LIHTC entities.

Brandon holds a Management Occupancy Review Specialist ® Certification from The National Center for Housing Management and a Public Housing Management Certification from Nan McKay & Associates, Inc. Brandon is passionate about providing safe, affordable housing, volunteering and spending time with friends and family (which usually entails giving them “lessons” on the golf course).
