Christine Allen serves as Regional Director of Property Management for The Community Builders in Chicago, IL, a position she has held since August 2025. Christine leads 8 sites in the Chicago Portfolio.

Previously, Christine held the position of Operations Manager at Related Management where she began her career in Affordable Housing in 2015. Having had the opportunity to gain experience in LIHTC, Market, PHA, Section 8 and RAD programs.

Christine holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in business management and HR from the University of Phoenix. In addition, Christine is a licensed real estate broker, holds an ARM designation with IREM, NCCP certification with Novogradac and COS and TCS certifications with NCHM.
