Gosia Tomaszewska serves as regional Director of Community Life for The Community Builders in Boston, Massachusetts, a position she has held since 2025. Gosia leads the dynamic Boston Community Life team providing housing stability, community building and economic mobility services to residents in our buildings in Boston.

Previously, Gosia worked at the national, state and municipal levels in the financial empowerment and asset building field to create innovative programs, solutions and policies to improve existing systems.

Gosia holds a graduate certificate in politics and public policy from University of Massachusetts, Boston, a master’s in European studies from Jagiellonian University, and psychology and history from Douglass College of Rutgers University.

In addition, she has served on multiple board and advisory committees, including almost seven years on the board of a community housing organization.
