Mindy Hogarth serves as director of compliance for The Community Builders in Boston, a position she has held since 2023. Mindy navigates regulatory requirements for affordable housing funding programs, manages ongoing site compliance and oversees auditing and reporting to investors and state agencies. She also coordinates the Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) system for the TCB affordable housing portfolio.

Mindy joined TCB in 2004 as an assistant property manager. Since then, she has served in various roles including community manager, senior compliance specialist and compliance manager. Mindy’s experience includes managing teams responsible for monitoring program compliance, lease-up activities, and qualified occupancy reporting.

Mindy holds an associate degree from Briarwood College in Southington, CT which is now called Lincoln College of New England. She is a designated Housing Credit Certified Professional®, Certified Occupancy Specialist® and achieved the level of C11P through Spectrum. She is also a proud veteran of the United States Army.
