Miyareth Marrero Borja serves as Senior Director of Leasing and Marketing for The Community Builders in Boston, MA, a position she has held since 2025. Miyareth drives occupancy and revenue growth across TCB’s 30 metro-area residential portfolio by leading data-driven leasing, marketing, branding, and customer-focused strategies that turn market challenges into sustained performance.

Previously, Miyareth served as TCB’s Director of Leasing and Marketing where since 2022 she has established a team of leasing specialists and marketing specialists, managed complex leasing requirements and leveraged technology to increase occupancy and resident satisfaction. 

Prior, Miyareth worked as a Regional Leasing and Marketing Specialist for The Michaels Organization.  Miyareth holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. In addition, she also holds an A.A degree from Valencia College as well as certifications as a Blended Occupancy Specialist (BOS), Certified Credit Compliance (C3P), and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS).
