Rachana Crowley serves as Vice President of Real Estate Development in New England, a position she has held since 2024. In her current role, she oversees a team of project management professionals to identify and execute transactions from conception to completion.

In her 20 years in the housing industry, Rachana has developed a broad range of experience with development projects utilizing a variety of public and private financing sources. Since joining TCB in 2006, Rachana has served in various roles, most recently as senior director of development in New England, where she led staff engaged in development initiatives in New Haven, Cape Cod, and Worcester. Previously, she served as senior project manager, leading neighborhood-scale revitalization efforts and real estate transactions across Connecticut and Western Massachusetts.

Ms. Crowley holds a Master of Regional Planning degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a bachelor’s degree from Connecticut College. Based out of Western Massachusetts, Rachana is a loan fund committee member for Equity Trust, Inc. and serves on the board of directors for Citizens’ Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA).
