Robin Hooper Arguin serves as the Director of Community Life, New England for The Community Builders. She supports site staff in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island, and collaborates with TCB’s real estate development, property management, and fund development teams.

Since joining TCB in 2012 as a Workforce Development Specialist, Robin served in various roles, most recently as CL District Manager for the Worcester communities. Previously, Robin served as the Senior Manager of CL at Plumley Village. In this role, she led a team dedicated to creating pathways for residents to access opportunities focused on housing stabilization, youth development and education, asset building, and community engagement. Robin also earned certifications in EMPath Mobility Mentoring and Problem Management Plus (PM+) coaching.

Robin holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Fitchburg State College and is a Certified Life Coach. She is currently serving on advisory boards for the MassHire Central Region Workforce Board Youth Council and Worcester Transitional Assistance Office/DTA. Robin is also a previous TCB Getting Things Done Award recipient.
