Robin Watson serves as director of training and operational support for The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB) in Boston, a position she has held since 2017. Robin leads the development of property management training initiatives and programming. She also collaborates with property management staff to ensure the successful transition of new housing developments into TCB’s growing portfolio.

Robin previously served as TCB’s training and resident experience manager where she developed and implemented property management training programs, assessed site performance and analyzed occupancy trends. Prior to her work at TCB, Robin served as an integration manager for Beacon Communities, where she developed onboarding and orientation policies to support company growth.

Robin holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.
