Shannon Eggert serves as Regional Director of Property Management for The Community Builders in Minneapolis, Minnesota, a position she has held since 2025. Shannon leads operations for over 1,800 mixed income, affordable units across the Twin Cities metropolitan area.

Previously, Shannon worked as Regional Manager for CommonBond Communities overseeing their stabilization portfolio. Shannon supervised daily operations, financial stability, and staff of over 10 sites. Her duties included lease ups, supervision of rehabs, staff training, and oversight of compliance, rent collections, and maintenance operations.

In addition, Shannon has worked in affordable housing for the past 25 years and holds industry designations such as Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Management Occupancy Review Specialist (MORS), and tax credit compliance specialist certifications.
