Walter Hubley serves as senior information technology program manager for The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB) in Boston, a position he has held since 2018. Walter leads TCB’s technology design standards and processes for security and building technology for new construction developments. He also leads strategic technology initiatives for TCB’s program management office. Walter previously led a company-wide network upgrade and expansion initiative, which included the implementation of public wired and wireless networks for TCB employees and community residents.
Walter previously served as vice president of strategic technology for Atlantic Broadband where he successfully led the company’s strategic integration team launching transformational video, voice, and data products. In this role he was responsible for overseeing vendor management, a program management office (PMO), network and systems engineering, and software development.
Walter holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Capella University in Minneapolis. In addition, he holds an executive certificate in management and leadership from MIT Sloan and a certificate in leadership strategies from the Thayer Leadership Development Group at West Point.
