The Community Builders is proud to be a part of the Garfield Park Rite to Wellness collaborative, which was just announced as the winner of the Pritzker-Traubert 2022 Chicago Prize. This is a key first step in our work to create community-informed and owned, culturally-empowering spaces and services aimed at improving community well-being, and wealth and, over time, elevating life expectancy for residents of West Garfield Park.
