Morgan Wilson serves as Chief of Systems and Strategy for The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB) in Boston, a position he has held since 2026.

Morgan joined TCB in 2000, having previously served as TCB’s treasurer and chief financial officer, vice president of development operations and as director of asset management where he established TCB’s asset management function. Before joining TCB, Morgan served in senior roles within Boston community development and as a securities analyst and portfolio manager.

Morgan holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy summa cum laude from Loyola University in New Orleans. He also serves as a member of the Finance Committee of 2Life Communities.
