Rachana Crowley serves as director of real estate development for Western Massachusetts and Connecticut for The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB). As part of the New England regional team, she is responsible for real estate development projects and pipeline in Western Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Rachana joined TCB in 2006 as a project manager and has a broad range of experience with housing development projects utilizing a variety of public and private financing sources, including Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD), HOPE VI, Section 202, Section 8, LIHTC, historic credits and homeownership.

Rachana holds a master’s degree in regional planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a bachelor’s degree from Connecticut College. Based in Western Massachusetts, she is a loan fund committee member for Equity Trust, Inc. and has served on the board of directors for Valley Community Development Corporation in Northampton, Mass.
