We wanted to share some exciting news with you. The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Community Development Financial Institutions Fund awarded The Community Builders (TCB) a $11 million Capital Magnet Fund (CMF) award. This is our fifth CMF award, which now total $37 million. This award will support the development and preservation of more than 1,349 homes across a seven-state service area within five years, with a focus on households earning 50 percent or less of AMI.
