Sara McNally serves as Regional Director of Property Management for The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB) in Worcester, Mass., a position she has held since 2024. Sara leads operations of a residential property portfolio for families and seniors with 17 entities across Worcester’s metro west area.

Previously, Sara was district manager for five properties across central and western Massachusetts, overseeing staff and operations, as well as rental assistance demonstration (RAD) conversions of existing properties and lease-ups for new sites.

Sara holds a Tax Credit Specialist ® Certification from The National Center for Housing Management.
