Suzeth Dunn-Dyer

Director of Community Life, Boston

Suzeth L. Dunn-Dyer serves as director of Community Life (CL) for the Boston region at The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB). Suzeth supports CL teams across Boston, providing resident-centered strategic approaches to create equitable pathways for resident and neighborhood success.

Previously, Suzeth served as a community impact associate at Boston Medical Center (BMC), where she supported a community network of partners, facilitated and strengthened cross-sector partnerships and engaged with community network partners to support and sustain collective grassroots community health initiatives. Before joining BMC, Suzeth served as director of resident services and community at Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción in Boston, where she oversaw the planning and execution of family strengthening and senior aging in-place programs for over 500 families. Prior to that, she served as director of resident services for Trinity Management, where she developed and led the planning and execution of community-based program initiatives assisting more than 1,400 residents in the Orchard Public Housing Development in Roxbury, Mass.

Suzeth holds a master’s degree in the science of business management from Emmanuel College in Boston, a bachelor’s degree in social work from Regis College in Weston, Mass. and a graduate certificate in coaching and leadership development from Fielding University in Santa Barbara, California. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in Boston. Suzeth co-created a food access website and app to empower Boston residents to find easily accessible, free or low-cost, high-quality food resources in their neighborhoods. She is also a volunteer trauma responder for the city of Boston.
